To use Health Companion application on your iPhone, a valid user account is required at the Health Companion Web Portal . You can use the HC app to track and manage your PHR details from your iPhone. You can save the details of Blood Glucose Level, Blood Pressure, Calorie Intake, Cholesterol Level, Height and Weight.

Your data will be automatically synchronized with the HC Portal over the net. If network connection is not available, the data will be stored locally and will be synchronized whenever network connection becomes available. Health Companion iPhone application is a service application to the Health Companion site. A Health Companion user can manage his/her PHR details through the iphone using this application.

The following PHR details can be entered:
1. Blood Glucose Level
2. Blood Pressure
3. Calorie Intake
4. Cholesterol level
5. Body measurements (Height, Weight, Waist, Hip etc.)

Your BMI and Fat% are automatically calculated and stored. The user can enter the PHR details for each family member. New entries can be added for each member through the entry screens. He can also view the previous entries and make modifications to those entries or delete the entries. The modifications are automatically synchronized with the website if internet connection is available.
