Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst with extensive managed care (payor) experience. This individual will be the on-site project manager for one of our clients in the Mid-west. Should be able to work with users and other client personnel and manage a project team of offshore software engineers. He/she will evaluate client capabilities and needs, provide training to client and to client's internal and external customers, interact with clients, develop and maintain the system. In order to be considered for this role, candidate must have extensive experience in the managed care payor industry, in any or all of the following areas: claims processing, capitation, member services, provider relations, provider contracting and/or premium billing. Candidates must also have excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills. In addition, he or she must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office products and MS Project. Exposure to any or all of the following would be helpful: previous software implementation, configuration, training with AMISYS, IDX, HSD Diamond, Genelco, RIMS and/or Facets.

Job Requirements:
3 to 7 years of strong working experience on AS400 (RPG/400, COBOL/400).
Experience in LANSA will be an added advantage.
Should have in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of the full software development lifecycle.
Excellent Project management and interpersonal skills are essential.

The Web Designers are responsible for the development and execution of graphic design, Web site design, and maintaining the visual assets of the company. Primary responsibilities will include generation of functional HTML prototypes based on product concept and low-fidelity mockups.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated creative thinking skills.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of HTML & DHTML.
Hands-on experience with Web site graphical design and design techniques for user interaction and navigation on the Web.
Thorough knowledge of web design constraints, including download times, browser differences, web-safe palette etc.
Working knowledge of computer assisted design tools such as Flash and Photoshop.
Must be able to analyze usability engineering and should be familiar with full software development lifecycle.

Duties include:
Conducting usability tests and analysis that provide business, strategic, creative, and technical personnel within the information to develop a successful, useful, and easy-to-use Internet software.
Design a usability test and usability criteria for evaluation to test UI and other aspects of Internet software.
Assess usability issues in potential client sites and write site critiques.
Review interfaces for usability problems and make concrete recommendations for design changes. Additionally, be responsible for driving the resolution of those recommendations.
Gather and report on, data about users and usability issues from usability tests and field studies.
Develop user profiles, task/workflow analyses, and user scenarios.
Conduct cognitive walkthroughs, heuristic evaluations, guideline reviews and standards inspections on interfaces and designs.

Project Leader:
3+ years in MS Technologies. Should have managed projects on .Net platform with at least a year as PL.
Good exposure to C#, C++, VC++ and VB 6.0 required. Extensive knowledge and work experience on MFC, COM/DCOM, MTS. Experience with back-end connectivity to database systems such as Oracle and MS SQL is a must.
Excellent Project management, superior communication and presentation skills are essential.
Software Engineer:
2+ years in MS Technologies. Good understanding and hands on experience on .Net.
Should have worked on C#, C++, VC++ and VB 6.0 projects, using databases like Oracle and MS SQL. Must possess good knowledge and work experience on MFC, COM/DCOM, MTS.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in creating and tracking plans on MS Projects. Management degree holders preferred.
Responsibilities would include requirements gathering, team briefing, MS Project management, Client interaction, reporting to management, and coordination of project resources, activities and review meetings.

Candidates should preferably be BE + MBA, with 4-10 years of experience in Banking/Finance Industry, having good understanding of IT usage and scope in Banking/Finance.
Responsibilities would include strategy & risk planning, project management (time, resources, cost, risks) and tracking, mapping business to system requirements, on-site consultation with client and management, plan development and timely successful closure of projects.

Candidate should be a BTech/BE/MCA/MSc in Computer Science or related subjects and have at least 5 years of practical experience. Should have worked in a real production environment doing advanced DB administrative tasks like Data replication, data mining, OLAP etc, and be determined to achieve MCDBA (Microsoft Certification in SQL). Should be willing to travel to client locations on requirement (USA). Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
